Terms and Conditions (PWDT ICO Website)
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") stipulate the conditions for using the PWDT ICO website (hereinafter referred to as "the Website"). Please read these Terms carefully and only use the Website if you agree to its contents.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms apply to all users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of the Website.
Any additional regulations or guidelines related to the Website shall also constitute a part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Services Provided)
The Website provides the following services:
- Publication of ICO project information
- Support for token purchase procedures
- Distribution of the latest project updates
The services provided on the Website are offered "as is" and without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or legality.
Article 3 (Registration and Account Management)
Users must register with accurate and up-to-date information to use the Website.
If any false information is detected, the Website reserves the right to suspend or delete the account.
Users are responsible for managing their accounts, and the Website shall not be liable for damages arising from unauthorized use.
Currently, KYC is not mandatory for ICO participation but may become a requirement in the future.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Providing false information
Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
Infringing the rights of other Users or third parties
Disrupting the operation of the Website
Money laundering or activities supporting criminal proceeds
Reselling or unauthorized trading of PWDT tokens
Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Website
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The Website assumes no responsibility for any damages or losses related to the purchase or holding of tokens.
The Website shall not be involved in any disputes arising from the use of its services.
The Website is not liable for damages caused by technical issues or force majeure (natural disasters, system failures, etc.).
Funds transferred for ICO participation are non-refundable. While the PWDT business will operate according to its plans, no dividend distribution for PWD is guaranteed.
Note: Once PWDT tokens are moved from the original receiving address, they will become invalid.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All content, logos, images, and text on the Website are owned by the Website or rightful holders.
Users are prohibited from copying, reusing, or modifying the content without permission.
Article 7 (Privacy)
The Website appropriately protects Users' personal information and does not provide it to third parties, except when required by law.
A separate Privacy Policy will be established and followed.
Article 8 (Changes to Terms of Use)
The Website may revise these Terms as necessary.
Changes to the Terms will take effect when published on the Website.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Palau.
Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Common Pleas in Koror State as the court of first instance.

Terms and Conditions (ICO Affiliate Program)
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") apply to all affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Affiliates") participating in the PWDT Project Affiliate Program (hereinafter referred to as "the Program") provided by Palau Majesty Development Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Please read these Terms carefully and agree to them before participating in the Program.
1. Overview of the Affiliate Program
1.1 The Program enables Affiliates to engage in promotional and referral activities related to the Company's ICO project and receive rewards based on their results.
1.2 Affiliates are entitled to introduce the Company's services to third parties using the dedicated links or promotional codes provided by the Company.
2. Affiliate Registration
2.1 Individuals or entities wishing to participate in the Program must register on the ICO site and obtain a referral link.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to cancel any registration if the information provided during registration is found to be false.
3. Obligations of Affiliates
3.1 Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2 The following actions are prohibited:
Providing false or misleading information
Engaging in spam or using fraudulent methods for promotion
Infringing upon intellectual property rights or third-party rights
3.3 Affiliates must not engage in any actions that could damage the Company's brand image.
4. Payment of Rewards
4.1 Rewards are calculated based on results recorded in the Affiliate's dedicated dashboard.
4.2 Payments will be made in the currency or tokens specified by the Company and only when the specified minimum payout threshold is met.
4.3 Any fees associated with payments shall be borne by the Affiliate.
5. Suspension and Termination of Affiliate Status
5.1 The Company may suspend or terminate an Affiliate's status without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms
- Detection of fraudulent activities
- Engagement in actions that significantly harm the Company's business activities
5.2 Upon termination, the Company is not obligated to pay any unpaid rewards.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 The Company shall not be held liable for any damages (including indirect damages or loss of profits) resulting from the use of the Program.
6.2 The Company reserves the right to change the content and conditions of the Program without prior notice.
7. Amendments to the Terms
7.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice to Affiliates. The amended Terms shall take effect once posted on the Program's website.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Palau.
8.2 Any disputes related to the Program shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Common Pleas in Koror State.
